Some of the carbohydrates include(but not limited to) lentils, long grain brown, barley, sweet potatoes, cous cous etc. Some examples of proteins (but not limited to) are Siracha Turkey loaf, Baked Tomato Turkey loaf, Greek style Chicken Breast, Mustard honey chicken breast.
KETO MEAL PLAN

This plan is great for celiac diseases and diabetic patients (as it is customised meal plan that allows you to get the sugars you need from natural sources and keeps the gluten away).

This Meal Plan entails 6 different proteins such as Chicken breast, Lean Ground Turkey Breast, Lean Ground beef (93-95% lean), white fish, fresh Atlantic Salmon and Steak. These meals do not contain any added fats or sodium. Please feel free to add your own fats and salts as per your dietary needs.

We do seasoned, flavorful proteins with a variety of meals which includes few meals with double vegetables and few meals with carbs for this plan which will ensure you are consuming lower carbs. We shall provide you these gourmet low carb meals with macros for each one so you can stay on track with your calorie content for the day. Ultimately, weight loss and the rate of weight loss will be determined by the amount of calories needed to be on a caloric deficit which varies by individuals based on their caloric expenditure. The double vegetable meals will contain between 8 – 15 g carbs per meal and the carb meal will contain between 24 – 34 g carbs which can be consumed after physical activities which will enhance recovery.
